01Treat the warehouse as a decision stage
The warehouse stage is where a remote purchase becomes easier to evaluate. You can compare the item recorded against your order with the option you intended to buy, review available inspection information, and decide whether to keep it, ask a question, or request a return where permitted. It is also where parcel planning becomes more concrete.
Do not collapse every step into the word arrived. Seller delivery, warehouse receipt, inspection, storage, parcel preparation, and international dispatch describe different events. Read the actual status in your account and look for the item or parcel identifier associated with it.
The most useful approach is to prepare your checks before the item reaches this stage. Save the selected variant and the measurements that matter to you. When the warehouse record becomes available, you will be comparing it with a specific expectation rather than trying to reconstruct your original choice.
02Create a separate record for every item
Make an item log with the order identifier, product link, chosen color and size, quantity, receipt date, inspection status, and unresolved questions. Give each item its own row even when several products were purchased together. A single shopping session can produce separate seller shipments and different warehouse arrival dates.
Distinguish an order identifier from a seller tracking number and a later international parcel number. They answer different questions. If support needs to investigate a missing item, an exact order reference is more helpful than a screenshot of the entire shopping cart.
Use simple decision labels such as review needed, question sent, keep, or return requested in your personal log. These are your organizational labels, not official OOPBuy statuses. Their purpose is to make unfinished work visible. When you return to your account several days later, you should immediately know which item still needs your attention and why.
03Understand the storage clock without guessing
The official OOPBuy Storage notice states that the free storage period is 90 days from the order entering Received status. Record the date for each item, not just the newest purchase in a haul. Review the current notice and your account before relying on any storage allowance.
The more specific Customized logistics services notice allows one paid extension costing 10 CNY for up to 30 additional days, making a maximum total of 120 days. It says goods beyond that total may be treated as abandoned and disposed of. This is not 120 days of free storage or an unlimited renewal option.
Set your own reminder comfortably before the normal free deadline, leaving time to resolve questions and prepare shipping. If you need an extension, check its current availability for your exact item and obtain confirmation of the new date. Do not assume that simply leaving an item in the warehouse automatically purchases extra storage.
04Review the evidence attached to your order
Open the inspection information associated with the exact item in your account. Compare the visible color, labels, size marking, quantity, and included components with your saved order details. Check for obvious condition concerns in the images that are actually available. If a detail is hidden or blurred, treat it as unresolved rather than assuming it passed.
An OOPBuy Tab catalog image is not evidence of the condition of your warehouse item. The independent catalog uses CNBuyCha source data, and its images have not been verified as order specific QC photographs. Keep discovery imagery and your own order evidence separate.
Review one item at a time and record any question while the relevant image is open. A precise note such as left sleeve seam not visible is easier to act on than quality looks uncertain. The goal is to identify what you can verify and what requires another check.
05Ask for a measurement that resolves a decision
When fit or dimensions determine whether you will keep an item, decide exactly what measurement you need. For clothing, that might be a flat chest width or garment length measured between specified points. For a storage accessory, it might be the usable internal opening rather than the outside width.
Check which additional inspection or measurement services are currently offered for your order and what they cost before requesting them. Do not assume a general inspection includes every measurement, functional test, or material verification you could want. Ask whether the warehouse can perform the specific check you describe.
A useful request identifies the item, the measurement points, and the evidence needed. For example: please show the tape from the top shoulder seam to the bottom hem with the garment laid flat. Compare the result with a similar item you already own using the same method; a different measurement method can create a false discrepancy.
06Make the return decision before parcel planning
If the item differs from the order or you no longer want it, inspect the applicable return policy immediately. Eligibility, timing, seller cooperation, item condition, and any return transport costs need to be checked for that order. A warehouse storage allowance does not automatically create an equally long return window.
Keep the item in its current state while you investigate. Requests to remove packaging, tags, or other components may affect what can be returned, depending on the applicable requirements. If you are unsure, ask support before authorizing changes. Do not submit an unresolved item for international dispatch simply to finish a haul.
Send a concise request containing the order identifier, the specific problem, and the supporting evidence. State the outcome you want, such as a return assessment or a missing item check. Then track the response and any action you need to take rather than assuming the request itself completes the return.
07Decide which items are ready to ship together
Consolidation begins with the items you have decided to keep. Compare their readiness, physical characteristics, and suitability for the shipping services currently available to your destination. A small soft garment and a fragile structured object may need different protection even if both can fit into one box.
Check whether waiting for a later purchase makes sense for the oldest stored item. A lower theoretical cost per item does not help if the delay creates storage problems or misses your own deadline. Set a cutoff for adding products to the haul, then plan around the goods actually ready.
Use available weights and measurements to revisit the shipping estimate. Ask for clarification if you cannot tell whether a displayed weight refers to the item, retail packaging, or a prepared parcel. Your decision should use comparable inputs. The cheapest provisional quote is not necessarily the final price of the packed shipment.
08Write packing instructions with clear priorities
Specify which packaging you want retained and why. If the original box is part of the gift or protects a delicate shape, say so. If you are considering removing unnecessary outer packaging, confirm the service is available and understand the protection you may give up. Avoid instructions that simply say make it as small as possible.
Link each instruction to an item identifier. A mixed haul needs enough detail that a request about one pair of shoes is not accidentally applied to everything. Check whether optional packing choices have an additional charge and whether the service changes the final weight or dimensions.
Before submitting, review the item list, delivery address, chosen service, declaration details, and amounts currently due. Provide truthful product information and follow the current requirements shown for the destination and line. Once goods move beyond the warehouse stage, correcting an overlooked size or packing issue becomes much more difficult.
09Close the loop after warehouse submission
Keep the parcel reference alongside the item records that went into it. This creates a clean connection between a product order and its international shipment. Save the final item list and any confirmed packing choices so you can check the contents when the package arrives.
If an item remains behind, keep its storage date and next action visible. Submitting one parcel does not mean the rest of your account has been resolved. Review the warehouse list after shipment preparation to identify anything still waiting for a decision, a seller response, or a separate parcel.
The warehouse workflow is complete when each item has a deliberate outcome: dispatched, awaiting a documented action, or proceeding through a confirmed return process. For a closer look at evidence, continue to the QC photos guide. For the next logistics step, use the haul packing and tracking guides to carry the same item level records forward.
